Investigating - Customers using BT as their Internet Provider may have issues connecting to NetDocuments. Customers may receive an error stating "The Connection for this site is not secure". We are in contact with BT and are working to have them resolve this.

As a workaround, if you have a VPN, connecting via the VPN will give access to NetDocuments.

Any customers not using BT are unaffected.
