UPDATED Maintenance Window with Downtime

We were able to validate some of the items that had the highest urgency without requiring Service interrupting work, so we are therefore moving the other items that were scheduled from Emergency Maintenance to Planned Maintenance.
The new planned Maintenance Window with downtime for the UK Service will be on 9 January from 04:00 GMT – 10:00 GMT.
We apologize for any issues caused by the change in schedule.
This window is scheduled in response to the recent Service disruption from 6 December:
NetDocuments UK Status - UK Service Disruption
During this window we will be performing maintenance tasks along with failover operations to further validate the changes we made in response to the initial disruption.
The status of the Service will remain as “Under Maintenance” throughout the Maintenance Window. Those who have subscribed to updates will be notified upon commencement and completion of the Maintenance Window.
