Scheduled - Due to unanticipated Service issues, we will be reverting the US, EU, and AU regions back to 2019.18 from 2019.20 (released October 10th). These changes will commence outside of business hours (October 12th). We know that our customers may have welcomed and utilized new features or functions within the Service which were introduced in the latest release. Since these features will be temporarily removed, we wanted to advise these changes. We will begin the reversion process at 4:00 AM BST. Customers may experience periods of slowness when accessing the Service during the rollback process.

Additional communication regarding our 2019.20 re-release will be forthcoming next week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Resolved - NetDocuments previously announced two Scheduled Maintenance Windows for the EU Service which had been scheduled for October 18th and 19th.

At this time, these two SMWs have been cancelled and will be rescheduled for Q1 2020.

NetDocuments maintains high-availability status by building and maintaining an industry-leading service infrastructure. The NetDocuments Service maintains its peak service levels by undergoing regular, scheduled maintenance during periods of low customer usage – usually weekend evenings. During Scheduled Maintenance Windows (SMWs) platform engineers upgrade equipment, and make other changes to ensure the Service is ready to support customer requirements. Whenever possible, NetDocuments announces SMWs one to two weeks in advance of the event.
