NetDocuments maintains a status of consistent reliable up time with an industry-leading service infrastructure and regularly scheduled maintenance during periods of low customer usage – usually weekend evenings. During Scheduled Maintenance Windows (SMWs), platform engineers upgrade equipment and make other changes to ensure the Service is ready to support customer requirements. Whenever possible, NetDocuments announces SMWs one to two weeks in advance of the event.

NetDocuments is announcing a Scheduled Maintenance Window from 1:00 AM BST until 7:00 AM BST on April 21 for the EU Service.

During this SMW, we will be performing routine maintenance on the EU Service. The Service will be unavailable during this SMW and you will see a status of “Under Maintenance” on Those who have subscribed to updates will be notified upon commencement and completion of the SMW.
