While preparing the security infrastructure for the UK Data Centre move in November, a component of that infrastructure failed to communicate properly with the existing infrastructure. Under load, this caused significant performance issues in the primary data centre. Once identified, these components were shut down to resolve the issue. The investigation into the root cause is ongoing and these components will remain shut down until this is understood.
