Postmortem

While preparing the security infrastructure for the UK Data Centre move in November, a component of that infrastructure failed to communicate properly with the existing infrastructure. Under load, this caused significant performance issues in the primary data centre.  Once identified, these components were shut down to resolve the issue. The investigation into the root cause is ongoing and these components will remain shut down until this is understood.

We’ve resolved the issue around degraded performance and the Service is at a normal state. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are in the process of bringing the Service back to a normal state. Performance should be improving and we are continuing to monitor the situation.
