On the 21 November at approximately 2:55 pm GMT, NetDocuments began experiencing high response times on the UK Service that affected a limited number of customers in the region. Customers reported functions in the Service were slow or unresponsive. By approximately 5:18 pm GMT the affected nodes were stabilized, and response times returned to normal.
