Investigating
We are investigating an issue with our EU Service (eu.netdocuments.com).

Users are currently unable to check out or download documents from the web or using ndOffice/ndSync, and will see errors referring to our HSM if these actions are attempted.

We are actively working to restore this functionality, and will provide updates as the issue is investigated further.
